Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 03/2024

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year 3.8% in Catalonia in March 2024 and stood at 119.94 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Barcelona, Val d'Aran and Paisatges Barcelona showed the highest values (147.83, 128.68 and 92.68 euros, respectively), with positive variation rates of 3.7%, 1.8% and 6.3%, respectively.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) increased by 1.1% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 74.86 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
